What is a CSA?  CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. In exchange for payment at the beginning of the growing season, CSA members receive a portion of the farm’s harvest, delivered weekly. The model removes the middle man, alleviates market pressure upon the farmer, allows consumers to receive organic produce for below market price, and builds community through collective responsibility.

What’s in a CSA Share? Each weekly share includes about eight varieties of vegetable: an assortment of leafy greens, fruiting vegetables, alliums, and root vegetables. Wyrm’s CSA is “market-style,” meaning members pick their own vegetables from an available assortment. Each share feeds 2+ people.
